Afterglow processes the data needed to run the site: the IP address Cloudflare forwards to us, the User-Agent string, and a session cookie for the admin panel. Article visits are counted server-side with a daily hash so view counts aren't crudely duplicated by the same IP on the same day. That hash doesn't reveal an identity.

If you turn on Google AdSense in the future, Google may set cookies under its own ad policies. Once AdSense is live, update this section with your publisher identity and a link to Google's ad settings page.

We don't sell email lists. The contact form sends your message to the address you configure — not to a data broker.
